The Workshop

The goal of the workshop is to review and discuss recent advances in AI-Native solutions for Digital Twins of the Ocean, especially regarding the design of Ocean Benchmarks. The program will involve plenary and scientific talks, a poster session and a hands-on session on ocean benchmark tools and resources.

The workshop will be held at the Pôle Numérique Brest-Iroise (PNBI) in Plouzané, in conjuction with the LEFE/MANU Scientific Days. A session in the afternoon of Wednesday the 8th will be dedicated to joint presentations on the LEFE/MANU program and Data Challenges.

The organisation of this workshop is supported by the PPR "Océan & Climat", IMT Altantique and ClusterIA Sequoia.

Registration

Registration for the workshop is free but mandatory. For those also attending the LEFE/MANU meeting, please note that registrations are handled separately between the two events. We kindly ask you to register on this site if you want to participate in Thursday's activities.

The registration deadline is September 26th, 2025.

Getting to the workshop

Bus line 2B - Technopôle runs from the heart of Brest ("Liberté Branda" stop) to the workshop site, a short walk away from stop "De Rochon". If you are coming directly from the train station, the closest stop to take the bus is "Kennedy Gare". You may use the Bibus app to manage all your transport tickets.
